2. What Data We Collect

• Full name, date of birth, sex, nationality;
• Email and contact details;
• Purpose of visit, employment status, language level, hobbies;
• Allergy information (medical data — sensitive category, processed solely for the safety of the stay).

3. Purpose of Processing

Matching a suitable host family, communicating regarding the application, organizing accommodation, drafting the tripartite agreement, and supporting the guest throughout their stay.

4. Retention Period

One year from the end of the stay. Upon expiry, data will be deleted unless otherwise required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Third-Party Transfer

For application processing and communication purposes, we use Google LLC services (Google Sheets, Gmail). This means your data may be processed on servers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By submitting an application, you consent to the cross-border transfer of such data in accordance with Article 16 of the RK Law "On Personal Data."

6. Consent to Processing of Medical Data

Allergy information falls under the sensitive category of personal data (Article 24 of the RK Law). Such data is processed only with the individual's explicit consent and is used solely for safe host family matching (taking into account pets, dietary preferences, etc.).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Obtain information about the processing of your data;
• Request correction of inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of your data and withdraw consent at any time;
• File a complaint with the authorized body — the Committee for Personal Data Protection under the MCRIAP RK.

8. Legal Basis

The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" dated May 21, 2013, No. 94-V, and the consent of the subject expressed when filling out the application form on the website.
