Booking Process & Terms of Use
1. Application Form
Complete the detailed application form on our website, specifying your travel dates, preferences, hobbies, and any special requirements (e.g., allergies). We recommend registering as early as possible to ensure the best match.
2. Search Activation & Down Payment
To initiate the personalized matching process, you must pay a registration fee (for long stays) or a down payment (for short stays) equivalent to 30% of the total program cost. Payment is processed securely online.
3. Host Family Matching
Upon receipt of your payment, our team activates the search. Within a few business days, we select host families that best match your profile and send you an overview (family description, neighborhood, nearby amenities).
4. Confirmation & Contact Release
Once you approve the selected host family, we will send you a comprehensive confirmation document containing the family's direct contact details (exact address in Kazakhstan, phone numbers, email). The host family will receive your profile as well.
5. Arrival & Final Balance
Upon your arrival in Kazakhstan, you check in with your host family and pay the remaining 70% balance directly to them (in cash or as agreed upon).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
⚠️ Important Legal Notice:
The initial 30% payment (registration fee / down payment) covers the Platform's actual operational expenses for application processing, background checks, and personalized matching services.
As our matching operations begin immediately upon payment, this amount is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest for any personal reasons (including visa denials, medical issues, or changes in travel plans).
In the unlikely event that the Platform is unable to provide any host family options matching your criteria within the agreed timeframe, a 100% refund will be issued.
